Free Charts

The best free charting package I have come accross is ProRealTime. This is a great package that lets you write your own screeners, your own indicators and even write your own back tests. I don't have the time at the moment to do a full review of this but I will be updating this page and adding a new blog post regarding proRealTime and it's use.
